About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive to join us in the United States.

Responsibilities include:

• Being an industry figure, representing the Pion brand for our NYC YMS Event 
• Sourcing and generating leads, subsequently adding to our existing portfolio of clients
• Maintaining a key list of client accounts, working with relevant partners to optimise their event involvement
• Growing our pipeline of exhibitors & Sponsors and rebooking existing clients, selling both standard and bespoke packages
• Bringing leading media owners, agencies and technology providers into the youth marketing space

Requirements

A little bit about you…

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

• A proven track record of working within a highly competitive B2B environment
• A strong understanding of the sales process and able to demonstrate a consultative sales approach
• Experience in engaging and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers
• A passion and drive to succeed! – Having tenacity and hunger in being successful
• Experience of working within a similar role previously (desired)
