SPM Program Manager Business Process

Job Summary

As a Business Process Program Manager, you will support Cost, Output, People, Quality, and Technology initiatives while enabling collaboration across departments at IM Flash and with global partners. You will provide site leadership with subject matter expertise and support the following disciplines: business process improvement, program/project management, organizational change management, data analysis and report development. The initiatives that you support will drive continuous improvement and cross-department alignment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment

  • Develop best practices for business process improvements through research and benchmarking

  • Establish and maintain a business process "Center of Excellence" to facilitate process improvement by promoting training programs and the use of standardized methodologies

  • Lead cross-functional business process improvement efforts to achieve organizational goals

  • Design, develop and manage the deployment of new business processes, procedures, and solutions

  • Perform periodic reviews of key business processes to validate accuracy and enable continuous improvement

  • Establish the necessary documentation, communication plans, metrics, and tracking procedures

  • Apply project management principles to deliver results that satisfy project objectives, on-time, in-scope, and within budget and resource requirements

  • Manage concurrent site and global level projects and resolve potential priority conflicts

  • Consult stakeholders and sponsors on project status, constraints and mitigating measures

  • Lead projects through all phases (initiate, plan, execute, closeout)

  • Provide project-specific direction and guidance to teams that drives high quality results

  • As an agent of change, ensure effective rollouts of projects/programs with proactive communication to all stakeholders and ensure their successful adoption

  • Provide a high level of service with strong customer focus and build effective relationships with supported teams, gaining their trust and respect

  • Proactively seek and provide feedback on complex tasks, concepts, and theories

  • Generate and collate ideas from others to influence or enable key strategic objectives


Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Industry related college degree or equivalent engineering level experience

  • Business process management certification (e.g., CBPP)

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Knowledge of process improvement methods such as BPM

  • Previous experience with Business Process, software, such as iGrafx

  • Able to guide and negotiate innovative solutions and then drive those solutions to success

  • Proven ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success and failure

  • Able to develop a high level of credibility and forge positive professional relationships with all levels within the organization

  • Able to provide tactful constructive feedback to team members and customers

  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis, problem solving, and decision making

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Able to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks concurrently and see them to completion on a given timeline

  • Strong systematic and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities

  • Knowledge of industry practices, trends, and technology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to present technical data to small and large groups
