Spin Dip

Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities: Due to the workload in our shop this individual will move around between sit down spin dip and sit-down sand blast and relief loading light parts onto the spay line. Great opportunity for a go getter to learn a lot about our operation and advance.

Apply specialty coating materials via bulk coating systems (dip tanks,

coating vats, basket) as per customer requirements, which are

communicated through written work instruction. It is essential for all

employees to adhere to Company policies.

Physical Demands

Standing/walking: Continually & fast paced - most assignments and

work functions are performed while standing

Sitting: Occasionally - few assignments can be completed while

either sitting or standing and only applies to certain work areas

and/or work functions

Crouching (bending at knees): often - crouching is necessary when

lifting materials, counting inventory, or looking for material in

warehouse

Reaching: Continually - All positions require continual handling of

small parts and various materials. Reaching is primarily performed

between waist and shoulder level. Some overhead reaching is

required.

Ability to lift 45lbs repeatedly throughout each shift.

Good attendance is key to hire in and advancement.

Minimum Skills/Mandatory Skills/Experience Needed for Hire: Look for individuals that have some history at least

reporting to work in an industrial manufacturing environment. Otherwise, we train since our applications are custom

and need to meet specific requirements coating.

Educational Requirement: high school or GED
