The primary responsibility of the person filling this requisition is to lead the technology transfer team for Spike NLOS and Missile X from Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control under the established teaming agreements. The duties will include identifying all the technical data required to establish technical management by LM MFC for analysis, development, integration, test and production of the system designs (missiles, launchers, software, training and support equipment, production tooling and test equipment); coordinating with Rafael, LM Production Operations and LM Technical Operations to develop a delivery plan to enable timely US technical support, US production and US design modifications and implementation by LM to meet US Government requirements; and implementing the transition plan to deliver, catalog and archive the TDPs for use by MFC on program.

The selected candidate will also manage the execution of one or more programs for the US Government involving either Spike NLOS or Missile X for development of US-only features and advanced capabilities.

This candidate will also be the deputy program manager for the Joint Combat Weapon Systems SOCOM Program Area reporting to the area Program Sr. Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Program Management experience working on medium to large programs or large projects or IRADs for large programs. Broad-based technical experience in the Engineering disciplines with an understanding of program requirements and impact is required during the technical transfer activities with follow-on to the execution phases of the programs. The candidate must have proven experience interacting and leading multi-organization teams both internally and externally. Must be able to travel internationally to Israel and interface with Israeli partners and Israeli Defense Force representatives. Candidate must be familiar with the program financial management to work with Program Business Operations team to monitor and control financial performance metrics
