Monday through Friday with hours varied throughout the week to meet patient need. Will include late afternoon/early evening appointments to accomodate after school appointments. Thank you!

Overview

Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays advanced treatment skills and assists Team Leader. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.

Qualifications:

Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of pediatric dysphagia is required.

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders

  • Knowledge in Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies is preferred.

  • Experience with multi-disciplinary feeding team is preferred.

  • Must be flexible to work at both Mercy Kids Therapy locations (Cottleville and Creve Coeur).

  • Hours: to be determined but will include morning, daytime, and after school/early evening.

Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competency (American Speech and Hearing Association) and Missouri State Board of Healing Arts license required, or eligibility for same.

Current CPR thru the American Heart Association.

Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
