Speech Pathologist (Slp) For The Upcoming School Year

Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required. Soliant Education is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Canton, GA.

This role provides a chance to make a significant impact on students communication skills throughout the entire academic year within a supportive and dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.

Perform thorough assessments, deliver specialized therapy, and track student progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings and support students academic and social success. Keep detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with parents and school personnel.

Participate in professional development and school meetings to stay updated on the latest practices and techniques in speech-language pathology. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Valid SLP license or certification in Georgia.

Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and educational staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
