Speech Language Therapist - Reading School District

Effective for the 2024-2025 school year, a vacancy for a full-time Speech and Language Therapist position for school age exists within the Division of Student Services for the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position will serve school-age students in the Reading Area School District.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid PDE certification as a Speech & Language Therapist

• Master's degree in Communicative Disorders

• Certificate of Clinical Competence; Clinical Fellowship year considered

• Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required

• Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide speech/language therapy services, complete evaluations and maintain all paperwork for a caseload of students.

Salary & Schedule beginning 2024-25 School Year (Professional):

$62,567 to $99, 261 Master's

$65,284 to $103,169 Master's plus 15

$66,706 to $105,039 Master's plus 30
