Speech-Language Therapist / Pathologist

Job Description:

ACES is seeking to fill vacancies for Speech and Language Pathologist to work with students with a wide range of communication disorders within ACES Wintergreen Magnet school. This is currently offered as a part time position.

Join a dynamic related services team working within ACES's schools. ACES is committed to providing mentoring and professional development for staff and encourages staff to gain new knowledge and skills to best serve students. Strong candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and experience in administering a variety of diagnostic assessments, writing reports and presenting at PPTs. Successful candidates will provide direct and/or consultative services, both in small group and/or within the general education setting, according to the needs of the child.

• A valid Connecticut State Department of Education Certification (061) or eligible for certification
• MS/MA in Speech Language Pathology
• ASHA certification preferred
