HOURS: 8 am to 12pm = 4 hours per day
3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant license issued in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Two years experience with Special Needs students preferred
REPORTS TO: Director of Pupil Services
SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide Speech and Language services for Special Education students Elementary through high school.
Serve as a consultant to Special Education staff
Participate in in-service training for Regular and Special Education staff
Will track data as identified in student's IEP and complete progress reports
Perform other appropriate duties at the direction of Director of Pupil Services

The SLPA may travel to the various schools within the district.
The SLPA will be required to have all material available when needed.
Salary in accordance with the Agreement between the Winchendon School Committee and the
Winchendon Teachers' Association.
