Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (Slpa), In-Home With Kids (Online Application)

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Associate's Degree and must have CA SLPA License. Minimum 1 year experience in a pediatric setting is required, 2 years is preferred.

Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations (TB) valid within the last year. Valid Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Full-Time and Part-Time Options; this is a W-2 employee position with benefits We're growing and we are excited to now add Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to our team for the first time! Radiant Kids Therapy now has full-time and part-time SLPA positions available in different parts of San Diego County.

We prioritize providing great mentorship, supervision and strong support for all team members. Radiant Kids Therapy is an SLP-owned and led company with an amazing team of high-caliber therapists, great mentorship and collaboration, positive company culture and a strong emphasis on supporting our team members well in a fun work environment! Our team members' experience and job satisfaction are just as important to us as our clients' satisfaction with the high quality services they receive.

We offer flexible schedules, lower caseloads and incredibly rewarding work. You choose your own hours and we fill them in! Full-time positions average around 26 actual client service hours/week.

Documentation time is built into sessions and scheduling is taken care of for you by our fabulous scheduling team, so you can focus on what you do best: helping kids! We see all of our young clients in-home. Most are early intervention (0-3) with a small percentage of older kids.

Our clinicians see clients in clients' homes in a reasonable driving radius (focused in areas surrounding your home zip code); mileage is reimbursed. Here are some of the main areas we serve, company-wide:

• Central San Diego area

• Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas

• Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.

• Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.

• Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas

• East County area

• South Bay area
