Job Summary Responsible for planning and performing high quality diagnostic and therapeutic Speech Language services. Works to continually improve the quality of care provided. Spends 80% of time in direct and related patient care activities and 20% of time in department related activities.

Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements Must hold a Master#s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.# Shall hold a current and valid Indiana license.# Must be certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Upon employment and yearly thereafter, must complete mandatory inservices.# Must be knowledgeable of disaster and MSDS manuals and procedures.# Will review the Speech Therapy Department policy and procedure manual every two (2) years. Shall be CPR certified in Basic Life Support, Course #C#.
