Pay Range: $37.56 - $49.18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• You will conduct a subjective assessment of assigned patient's speech language abilities during spontaneous conversation. You will administer objective tests to assess patient's communication assets and liabilities.

• You will structure and implement individualized patient program to improve communication abilities.

• You will evaluate patient regularly during treatment and adjust program as needed to maximize patient progress.

• You will document progress in patient's chart. You will complete notes, charges, discharge notes and patient communication.

• You will consult with Program Director and Rehab Physician/Medical Director regarding pre-screen assessments and physician consultations to determine appropriate placement of potential patients.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Open to any candidates with their full SLP Licensure. Strongly prefer Acute Care experience

• Master's Degree Required

• State licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) *REQUIRED

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
