Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, development, implementation, and revision of treatment programs as necessary.
• You will coordinate patient care assignments to ensure continuity of care and maximum utilization of clinical/licensed supportive personnel.
• Keep accurate records of the patient’s treatment, reactions and assessment of progress.
• The patient population is comprised of all ages, with whom you will be able to provide age-specific direct care services.
• Demonstrate effective resource utilization, which is critical to operational stability within the organization.
• Participate in performance improvement and program growth.
• Participate in clinical programs and interdepartmental activities within the organization.
• You will also function as a clinical instructor in the student affiliation program.
• You will participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs.
• No Travel Travel Required

Requirements

• 4-year Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
• 1 year of NICU experience
• BLS certification.
