PRN

• Evaluates patients to obtain and interpret data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.

• Develops treatment plans, directs, supervises, and treats patients in accordance with treatment plan using treatment modalities according to manufacturer's instruction in a competent manner.

• Consults and communicates with patient, family and other multi-disciplinary team members and service providers.

• Completes required documentation on patients and maintains other department records in accordance with departmental and health center policies and procedures.

• Assists multi-disciplinary team with discharge planning and establishment of home therapy programs.

• Licensed as a Speech Pathologist.

• Registered in the State of Iowa required.

• Must be qualified in bedside and barium swallow studies.

• The ability to drive, a current driver's license, and automobile with medical liability insurance on vehicle are necessary.

• Employment contingent on successful background and pre-employment screenings.
