Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Home Health

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

PRN

Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity.

$70 per visit/ $40 case conference /mileage is paid

Responsibilities

The Home Health SLP will be responsible for evaluation and treatment of speech therapy patients in the home setting

Qualifications

• Geriatric home health experience

• Current and valid SLP license with CCCs required
