As a Full Time contracted employee, Speech Language Pathologist work 183 days, 8 hours per day per year with a possibility of extended days. Part Time: Hourly position optional

Contracted employees receive competitive benefits.

Starting salary $47,760.00 is in accordance with the negotiated agreement, increases with experience and education. In addition, Springfield is also able to offer a $3,000 retention compensation to all Speech Language Pathologists.

In the 2023-24 school year Springfield was able to offer a $1,600.00 longevity bonus to all employees in addition to an annual attendance bonus of potentially $1,100.00.
