Overview Heartwood Charter is a growing independent study program serving students in Sonoma and neighboring counties, as well as an in-person learning environment located at our serene campus in Fairfax, California. The School Counselor supports the faculty and students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.

Education should be based in holistic child development and involve a living connection with both the arts and the natural world. Description The Speech Therapist at Heartwood Charter School works to provide speech support as well as participating in the IEP/504 process. The Speech Therapist will be involved in assessments and direct services to students who need speech support.
