A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Beauty and Tech (Electronics) prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.

  • Skills in guest service and active selling

  • Knowledge building in industry trends including brand differentiation

  • Knowledge of retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic merchandising

  • Work both independently and with a team

  • Climb up and down ladders

  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary

Receives and stocks merchandise in the Tire and Battery Center, and organizes and maintains the Tire and Battery Center by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management. Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Provides products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures by assisting with purchasing and service decisions, completing vehicle service requests and tests, operating Tire and Battery Center equipment properly and safely, receiving, storing, and disposing of merchandise and supplies, and completing and maintaining paperwork.
