A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Beauty and Tech (Electronics) prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.

What Your New Manager Wants You To Know The Sr. Manager of Specialty Pharmacy will report directly to the Executive Director of Reimbursement Services and work collaboratively with the reimbursement business advisors (RBA), the hub director and other key stake holders within marketing, sales and market access to ensure a positive customer experience with Allergan Eye Care specialty pharmacy programs, the fulfillment of Allergan Eye Care buy and bill products purchased directly from Allergan, as well as help to develop provider reimbursement materials and programs used by the RBA. The successful candidate will be an innovator by supporting continuously improvement of a world class buy and bill infrastructure that positions eye care as the indispensable partner for Eye Care Professionals and solidifies Allergan position as the market leader in Eye Care. The successful candidate will be analytical and have an ability to design and interpret KPI's with the specialty pharmacy channel and act accordingly to advise on process improvements across multiple lines of business. This person will also have the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership. The Sr. Manager of Specialty Pharmacy must work effectively with multiple key Allergan stakeholders (sales, marketing, managed markets, compliance, legal, and regulatory) in a matrixed environment to achieve targeted MBOs and meet established KPIs. They are expected to be a subject matter expert on reimbursement processes (i.e., benefit verification, prior authorization, claim assistance, and appeals) and the specialty pharmacy channel and the medical benefit. You Will Headquarter based responsibilities * Identify insights into non-clinical customer unmet needs (that are barriers to product uptake) and develop innovative solutions to address those needs. * Support our Interventional Glaucoma and Retina customers (physicians and their office staff). * Ensure that our Specialty Pharmacy Network follows established guidelines and represent best in class service for our customers. * Work closely with Allergan customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with the ordering and fulfillment process. * Ensure appropriate leverage of programs, tools and resources to help customers understand and overcome barriers that may impede or delay access to treatment with Allergan's products specifically related to reimbursement support. * Work with the Executive Director of Reimbursement Services to contribute to development of provider reimbursement strategies and resources on relevant payer updates and trends. * Manage the overall relationship with SPPs and Austin Customer Service & Fulfillment to ensure superb patient and provider experience * Ensure SPP partners perform to agreed upon customer service metrics including Referral and data entry, Timely patient/provider communication and status check-ins, Benefit investigation and prior authorization support, Dispensing/Shipping, Issue Resolution, Reporting of drug specific Adverse Events and Copay assistance Communication and Leadership * Manage all forms of communication in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer needs are fully met and all relevant internal stakeholders are appropriately updated. * Build enduring internal, cross-functional relationships with a broad base of groups and individuals (i.e., sales, marketing, training, managed markets, legal, regulatory, compliance, etc.). * Adhere to all company guidelines, including the highest level of compliance. * Deliver consistent, positive leadership (without authority) to peers, management, and the various business units. * Contribute to the ongoing development of the department and the understanding of the business by supporting continuous learning and improvement. * Assume leadership of assigned and self-initiated projects. Training and Professional Development * Actively participate in training and development programs, including classroom sessions and field training. * Pursue continuing professional education related to health care, reimbursement, and the eye care industry. * Establish and execute an individual developmental plan (IDP) to ensure ongoing growth and contribution to Allergan. #LI-PD1 You Bring * Bachelor's degree.
