The Specialty Product Analytics - Advisor is responsible for several data intensive processes, operational processes and reporting that support the strategic monitoring and implementation of key specialty programs and services, dashboard reporting and supporting other data/reporting needs of our specialty product portfolio. This position will also support operational processes that require data manipulation. These responsibilities will require ability to work with large sets of data pertaining to client-program adoption, drug utilization data, PA data and program activity metrics. As a Specialty Product Analytics Advisor, the expectation would be to collaborate with Enterprise Analytics and other specialty product teams to ensure product analytics needs are met with timely and accurate completion of deliverables and data driven operational processes are completed in a timely manner. It is common for the Specialty Product Analytics Advisor to work with Finance, Analytics, Sales and many other teams so strong communication and collaboration skills will be needed. In addition the role entails the following responsibilities: ensure ongoing specialty product internal reporting is developed/completed/improved, create and maintain program performance dashboards, maintain product adoption database and ensure data meets all internal needs, support the Specialty Product Development team on operational processes related to PA authorizations, requirements gathering for related projects, provide overall support to the Senior Director on additional department needs.
2 or more years of relevant work experience preferably in settings requiring data manipulation, analytics, with summarization of data and input to leaders based on the analysis.
Experience in having to be both focused on completely specifics tasks and operational process yet also think strategically to continue to streamline and improve those same tasks and processes.
Strong ability to manipulate various datasets.
