Specialty Operations Lead

Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Team Lead in our Advisory Operations team for our company's office located in St Cloud MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide support for Cetera Financial Group under Specialty Operations.

What you will do:

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers. Establish or continue to develop internal partner relationships.

• Subject Matter Expert in Advisory New Account and Maintenance processes to be able to validate and/or update operational procedures Responsible for lower to mid-level escalations from advisors to come to a resolution.

• Responsible for staying within SLA or better along with higher quality control metrics - requires accuracy in processing.

• Support new product or program roll-outs with special projects or enhancements to current processes.

• Partner with Operations Team lead to support workflows and communicate concerns to leadership and/or the organization.

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness; ensuring Professional 1 and 2 associates meet SLA metrics along with QC.

• Shared responsibility in reporting and tracking Department Metrics, Reports and tasks.

• Processing requests for trading of accounts, manager updates, and account closures.

• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to have:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year in an office environment

• 1+ year of MS Excel

• 1+ years of troubleshooting problems and providing issue resolution

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills

• A keen eye for detail with excellent follow up skills

• Interest in greater responsibility in leading a team and managing workflow

What is nice to have:

• 2+ year of brokerage or advisory experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with Salesforce or other related CRM

• FINRA 99
