Description:

Organizational Change Management and Lean Agile Coach We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who has a solid track record of coaching Global IT programs in the adoption of agile and scaled agile values and practices to create autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving programs. They must have a passion for helping others, making a difference in the results of IT's most important initiatives, and have the ability to influence at all levels of management.

Skills Required:

• Experience using a combination of lean and agile practices to help Teams succeed and organizations evolve.

• Work directly with sponsors/business owners of the change; understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization

• Assess and manage risks based on adoption of change

• Strong understanding of Change management and have participated in a large scale agile transformation.

• Good working knowledge of the principles and practices involved in

• Continuous Delivery

• Continuous Integration, QA Automation

• Test Driven Development, Value Stream Mapping,

• Experience managing risk and issues across different work streams.

• Experience in interacting and communicating with Sr. Leadership, business and technology stakeholders.

Skills Preferred:

• Having Client Experience will be plus Proactive mindset to learn, adopts, and leads others in new ways of working; Be A Change Agent

• Ability to learn quickly, fills knowledge gaps, and innovates.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills

Experience Required:

• 8+ years' experience working as an Agile Coach with agile software development Teams in a large corporate IT environment.
• 2+ years of experience in OCM
• 5+ years of practical experience applying agile and lean values and practices on large IT programs to deliver results.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner
