Specialty Clinic Coordinator, RN - Multispecialty Center, FT Days (4396-029)

This position is responsible to provide coordination of care for patients of the hospital/physician practice, including provider issues and managing assigned staff.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge in healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies and procedures.

• Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects within tight timelines.

• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues.

• Ability to develop and supervise group of professionals, decision-makers and project managers.

• Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

• Ability to compose and edit technical or administrative correspondence.

Required Experience

Work Experience:

Three years of experience in a supervisory position with a medical practice.

B. Education and Training:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
