Specialized Office LPN

Summary Responsible for assisting with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Indiana Nurse Practice Act. # Education Must be a graduate of a school of nursing. Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and practice orientation as provided and required. # Licensure/Certification Must have current state Licensed Practice Nurse license.

Must have current CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas. # Experience Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment. Demonstrates experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently. # Other Qualifications Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs. # Why Parkview?
