Skill: Test Data Management Specialist

• Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of test data, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant data obfuscation using Informatica TDM.
• This role includes understanding and documenting the existing TDM services, managing requests, and ensuring high-quality delivery of obfuscated data.
• At least 10 years work experience and strong knowledge in Informatica TDM and Informatica Power Center.
• At least 5 years work experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C).
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in data masking techniques, data validation, data protection, data profiling, validation, integrity, cleansing processes using Informatica.
• Familiarity with data obfuscation and data protection regulations.
• At least 5 years work experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) to track work, version control, testing and CI/CD.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in service management and vendor communication.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and deployment within the organizational landscape.
• Experience in Agile way of working.
• At least 5 years work experience in coordination with offshore team.
• Good to have experience in Enterprise Data warehouse and ETL.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement TDM strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test data requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in test environments.
• Manage and maintain a centralized repository of test data.
• Comprehend the current scope of TDM services, with a focus on data obfuscation in Informatica TDM.
• Conduct detailed walkthroughs of the TDM process, from request initiation to data delivery.
• Manage the request triage process to prioritize and process requests efficiently.
• Configure and apply data masking techniques in Informatica TDM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues.
• Implement automation or other supporting mechanisms outside the tool to enhance data obfuscation delivery.
• Understand and manage the tool licensing model.
• Sample tickets based on various source data technologies (DBs, files, CSVs, Avro, Hive, etc.).

Asset and Inventory Management:

• Review and access current TDM assets and inventory.
• Map applications versus job configurations in Informatica TDM for maintenance.
• Maintain access to TDM assets and knowledge management repositories.
• Monitor and update the status of requests in the service management request queue.
• Ensure team access to the TDM tool and relevant service IDs/details for connecting to source DBs.
• Create and manage requests with infrastructure teams (DB teams, hosts, firewall, network teams). - Oversee escalation, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and communication with supporting groups.
• Document the configuration and masking processes for future reference and audits.
• Document the TDM processes, standards, best practices, including any pre-masking and post-masking scripts.
• Document the architecture and deployment of Informatica TDM within the organizational landscape.

Salary Range - $110K - $125K
