We are actively looking for a Studio Operations Specialist. This is a diverse role that delivers business results through work ranging from customer service to managing daily operations in the Wella Studio.

The Wella Studio offers premier education to beauty professionals in world class destinations. Our Operations Specialists are critical to enabling the end to end guest experience.

  • Deliver revenue targets for seminars and merchandise through excellent customer service both in person and phone/email, upselling seminar registrations

  • Build awareness of Studio offerings through building local network of potential customers and maximizing marketing tools

  • Manage Studio space to maximize utilization

  • Seminar preparation includes booking talent, support staff, models, catering and various vendors, preparing seminar rooms and common spaces for attendees

  • Manage P&Ls for each seminar, including payments and reconciliation

  • Manage model database including recruiting, booking and payments of both seminar and professional models

  • Manage & replenish inventory (Supplies and Merchandise), including reporting

  • Lead contact for coordinating Custom events, including logistics and budget management

  • Lead contact for key vendors, including facilities and digital systems


  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience

  • Strong analytical skills and proficient with finance/accounting practices

  • Proficient digital skills, particularly MS Office

  • Beauty industry experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently, under general direction and create organized work plans that maximize results

  • Ability to think creatively and exercise good business judgment

  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects

  • Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

  • Available to travel up to 10%

  • Friendly, outgoing personality and strong writing skills to enable positive customer interactions in person and via email
