The Strategic Alliances Specialist owns the strategic development of alliances and integrations within Care Communications. The Specialist manages the day to day partner interactions, including new partner intake, development, integration and combability, and project management support. The Specialist provides direction to cross-functional teams, aligning Global Marketing, Commercial Marketing, R&D and other areas within the organization.
Work with Strategic Alliance Manager and Care Communication Portfolio team to formulate strategy and maximize alliances to meet business objectives.
Understand all aspects of the alliance partner's objectives and strategies and how they meet and blend with Hillrom.
Manage day to day partner activity, acting as the role of partner project manager, communicating to internal and external stakeholders partner updates and key developments that impact the business.
Provide oversight and guidance on external messaging, forecasting and pricing, assisting with various groups within Hillrom.
Collaborate with Product Portfolio and Engineering leadership to develop strategies for integration execution.
Manage and organize the new alliance/integration request and intake process.
2 years of Business Development and/or Project Management or equivalent experience in the healthcare or IT industry.
Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with ability to build strong working relationships across organizational teams in a fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong public speaking and oral communication skills in presence of multiple stakeholders, partner staff and executives.
Effective documentation skills with ability to articulate technical information and influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical background, with aptitude to develop portfolio performance insights
Data analysis; Excel modeling experience.
