Job Title: Specialist - Software Engineering

Job Description:

Manage editorial content and project delivery of content publish

Support and maintenance of the existing content portal of Microsoft campaigns

Perform timely review with campaign owners to initiate content changes

Support questions from campaign owners coordinate messages handling process questions and analyze feasibility of campaign needs

Documents all vendor actions and procedures employed for campaign related activities Ensuring the SharePoint site is accurate and up to date

Document user actions and procedures

Ensuring that Office Communication approved submissions are handedoff smoothly to feature teams and approve messaging and user experience

Excellent project management communication and editorial content management

Strong UX design skills ideal

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook applications

Experience using different operating systems including Windows MacOS iOS and Android

Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops SharePoint Dynamics 365 is a bonus

Experience with Marketing Campaign management is a bonus

Revising content whenever customers or clients request changes

Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear

Working with customers to define their content needs

Develop related content for multiple platforms such as websites email marketing product descriptions

Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators KPIs to offer suggestions for improvement

Completing writing projects meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications

Conducting research on any given topic and creatingowning the content detail to publish

Facilitate the launch of planned messaging as defined in the content strategy developed by the CPM This includes

Coordinate with the product group as necessary

Draft initial copy to be reviewed by CPM

Create power BI dashboards for experimentation and evergreen content

Conduct initial analysis of content performance and impact to be further analyzed by CPM
