TEAM OVERVIEW
The Specialist, Paid Social is dedicated to the FX line of business team with a pod of 8 direct team members and as part of a larger collaborative multi-discipline team. The Specialist will work in a hybrid in-office work environment. The FX team works on critically acclaimed dramas, hit comedies and original documentaries that drives viewers to tune in and stream. In this role, the Specialist will assist in strategy and activation across a variety of the largest social platforms.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in paid social execution including planning, executing, and optimizing
A solid understanding of all major biddable platforms Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads, etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
Strong presentation skills
Proficient skills in Word and PowerPoint
Mastery of intermediate Excel skills
Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools a plus
Responsibilities
The Specialist, Paid Social is responsible for managing the execution of FX's paid social media plans. The Specialist is responsible for working with the Social team across their specialty platforms to execute campaign strategies supporting the client goals.
Responsibilities include:
Strong knowledge of the paid social landscape (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and other major platforms.
Development of paid social tactics for current campaigns including implementation and maintenance of multiple and simultaneous media plans
Build strong relationships with client counterparts and help manage day-to-day relationships, overall problem solving, and troubleshooting
Develop complex audience targeting
Manage daily budget pacing and understand basic bid management and optimizations
Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting
Optimize content calendars and search and social plans to produce rigorous and clean data
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
Compensation Range: $40,000 - $67,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
