POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The role of Specialist, Recognition & Promotions is to provide Distributor promotions reporting and trends tailored to the needs of gauging Distributors' behavior and evaluating sales initiatives. This role is also responsible for all Distributor recognition activities in the NAM region and acts as key contact for recognition assets.
Work in partnership with the relevant Marketing and GSS Team members to ensure promotions communication and rewards are released accordingly on a timely manner via the relevant channels (e.g.: Weekly Supplement, flyers, websites, emails, etc).
Coordinate Distributor promotions recognition initiatives and calendar by working closely with Reporting and Sales & Marketing Team.
Ensure NAM recognition database is maintained up to date with required Distributors material.
Create periodic reports to assist our North American sales strategy teams with monitoring growth and tracking trends for regional promotions.
Work in partnership with the Regional Sales team and Member Technology Strategy (MTS) team to identify tracker requirements for promotions.
Analyze and audit qualifier lists and associated data for all Distributors promotions and provide proper reporting detail to Operations and Sales & Marketing teams to support member rewards and targeted communications.
Participate in local & regional events when needed.
Works on special projects assigned by the Management Team.

Role involves some evening / weekend work, so candidate must be flexible in terms of working hours;

Experienced user of business intelligence platforms (MicroStrategy)
