Job Description:

Manages all tender, RFP, and other solicited/unsolicited opportunities and deliverables through the business end-to-end process which includes all phases of assembly and production of the proposals. Responsible for overseeing final proposal packaging and shipment.

Leads and facilitates multi-disciplined and regionally dispersed teams through the preparation process. Manages the established Proposal Process by using checklists and other process controls to verify proposal process requirements are met and properly documented. Manages all tender, RFP, and other solicited/unsolicited opportunities and deliverables through the business end-to-end process which includes all phases of assembly and production of the proposals.

Leads and facilitates multi-disciplined and regionally dispersed teams through the preparation process. Manages established Proposal processes using checklists and other process controls to verify requirements are met and documented. Reviews all Customer Requirements and develops the proposal layout and contents that best meet and exceed the requirements.

Reviews all submitted proposal material which includes editing and cross checking all documentation. Receives and maintains the latest version of proposal changes through Post Submittal Stage to completion of Contract Negotiations. Ensures all proposals are of the highest quality.

Responsible for overseeing final proposal packaging and shipment.

Leads Proposal teams from the initial stages of Customer Request through proposal or other defined customer responses. Supports Field Sales after proposal submission by answering customer questions, interfacing with customers, preparing and facilitating customer meetings, presentations, contract negotiations as required. Overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge and working ability with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Web usage.

  • Customer focused, have outstanding organization/time management skills, excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, and the ability to function independently as well as part of a larger team.

  • Organization skills are essential.

  • Excellent writing and spelling abilities.
