Specialist, Product Marketing
Quantitative and qualitative market analysis, understanding market trends and identifying emerging markets
Create a growth strategy and business plan for the Europe and Americas regions, based on the regions' growth targets and product line strategy
Define and drive new products required for the region and drive growth of existing products.
Work with sales and applications teams in the regions to ensure deployment and achievement of the growth strategy
Central interface point between the regional organization and product line, ensuring proper information flow in both directions.
Establish an extensive network of relationships with all major customers in the regions.
Degree in electrical engineering with strong commercial background
Minimum of 5 years work experience in technical or product marketing, preferably in the optoelectronics or power electronics industry.
Knowledge of the American or European industrial electronics market and customers
Fluent in English. German is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well structured, result-oriented and self driven
Willingness to travel within the US and to Europe approximately 20% of the time
