Job Overview

The specialist AD will be in charge of directing photo shoots and video content, implementing brand marketing direction, creating detailed execution plans, and evaluating the product photography standards for our new Direction. In addition to having a talent for fashion photography and art direction, the ideal candidate will be highly creative with excellent leadership and communication skills,

What You Will Do

• Work with the Manager to ensure creative concepts are aligned with branding direction and marketing events.

• Manage a team of talent that consists of photographers, stylists, Hair & Make-up artists, and models to execute brand images.

• Responsible for consistently executing brand-specific photography and video through all stages including set direction, lighting, composition, cropping, and retouching notes.

• Attend weekly meetings and creative reviews for projects that are assigned.

• Maintain open and consistent communication with creative and operations teams and studio partners.

• Work with the Manager to develop new initiatives and generate ideas beyond assigned projects.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape; make recommendations to the Manager.

Skills You Will Need

Creative Vision: Ability to develop and execute still photography concepts that align with fashion office photography for marketing events and assets, demonstrating a keen aesthetic sense.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey changes, updates, and ideas to creative staff, as well as to engage with various departments within the organization.

Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills to work closely with Creative teams, including PM, Production, and Studio teams, in developing and executing projects.

Innovation and Initiative: Willingness to develop new initiatives and generate ideas beyond assigned projects, staying informed about industry trends and making recommendations accordingly.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Digital Photography, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD, enabling effective execution of photography concepts.

Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas and concepts effectively, coupled with strong management skills to oversee projects from conception to completion.

Adaptability and Resilience: Capability to work well under pressure, navigate fast-paced environments, and multitask efficiently.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of photography trends, talent, and techniques, allowing for informed decision-making and innovative approaches.

Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles that may arise during the execution of projects.

Team Collaboration: Capacity to work effectively in a team environment, fostering positive working relationships and contributing to collective success.

Who You

• High School Diploma Collage Degree / BFA or equivalent experience

• 6-8 years of fashion Art direction experience in both editorial and e-commerce for different retail brands

• Video Knowledge • Digital Photography, Photoshop, InDesign skills and XD and Capture one..

• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with all tiers and all disciplines of the organization.

• Presentation and management skills.

• Work well under pressure; must be a good team player and communicator.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paces environment.

• Knowledge of photography trends, talent & techniques.

• Ability to anticipate and elevate Industy trends
