Properly documents the disposition and outcomes of all calls, following stated protocols. May#complete outgoing calls or send written communications to patients. May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

[Required] High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year#of experience in a call center setting. Experience using typical office#systems including personal computers, fax machines, telephones, scanners, copy machines, and using#Microsoft Office and Outlook programs.

Salary Range:

$21.57-$30.36 hourly.#Salary will be commensurate with experience.
