The Highlights

The Spectrum Enterprise Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for precise order data entry in various systems and/or tools for complex coax or fiber orders. Responsible for performing quality checks on all service installation and construction contracts to ensure accuracy.

What You Will Do

  • Accurately data entry complex coax and fiber sales orders in the appropriate system(s)

  • Accurately data entry service orders for new, upgrade, downgrade, and disconnect request in the appropriate system(s)

  • Cross reference all service agreements in the appropriate database(s) to ensure accuracy

  • Conduct quality checks on all sales and/or service orders

  • Schedule service upgrades, installs, and special request in the appropriate system(s)

  • Update or adjust customer accounts, as deemed appropriate

  • Adhere to productivity standards to ensure all order fulfillment tasks are handled in a timely and efficient manner with accuracy

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the billing process including, but not limited to, pro-rates, non-pays, rate increases, adjustments, credits, discounts, collections, renewals, and billing equations

  • Stay abreast of departmental processes, procedures and guidelines to ensure integrity in all Order Fulfillment related activities

  • 1+ years Previous professional work experience in order management, billing systems, accounts receivable, accounts payable or billing processes

Your Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required

The Highlights The Strategic Account Manager for Government and Education is responsible for managing dedicated market accounts. In this field based position, you will focus protecting and growing existing revenues through proactively managing client relationships. What you will do * Serve as a client advocate within their fast-growing business * Develop client-centric solutions highlighting product benefits * Facilitate face-to-face meetings to pursue renewal opportunities * Deliver proposals to promote new revenue * Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue quotas * Maintain client database * Establish data control procedures and work with regulatory agencies as needed * Collaborate with others to resolve issues and enhance the client's experience * Attend training to remain current on pricing, order entry and commission reports * Assist with account collections when necessary * Carry out duties as needed Required keys for success * Five or more years of experience with strategic sales or account management * Three or more years of experience in state/local government and/or education * Proven sales record of meeting $3000 monthly quota * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio * Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems * Aptitude to identify and cultivate market opportunities * Aptitude to participate as a collaborative team member * Ability to multitask and manage change * Skills to quickly conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations * Effective communication skills How you will stand out from the crowd * Three or more years of industry experience in business-to-business sales, including prospecting calls and premises-based sales * Familiarity with the product suite: data, voice, video and cloud solutions * Motivation from a commission-based model * Deadline-driven nature in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Confidence in communicating technical information to high-level clients * Positive attitude with strong presentation skills * Coachable disposition with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently Your education * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred) What you can expect * Office environment * Fieldwork including client meetings and site visits * Frequent travel (30 percent) in a personal vehicle The Spectrum brands (including Spectrum Networks, Spectrum Enterprise and Spectrum Reach) are powered and innovated by Charter Communications.
