TheCustomer Service Repsupports the sales goals of the company by developing and maintaining a highly skilled level of product knowledge, sales policies, interdepartmental, and inter-plant procedures to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
First point of contact for customer inquiries from internal and external customers. Operates personal computer to receive and extract customer information and/or refers to catalogs and manuals to answer customer questions relative to technical support, item availability, and shipping dates. Makes call-backs to customers or the sales team as appropriate.Enters quotations and complaints as required.Effective communication with other functional areas such as engineering, marketing, plant personnel, pricing and sales.
##Maintaining and monitoring large Industrial projects from acceptance of PO through delivery of finished goods.
##Positive, organized, analytical, detailed oriented thinker, and someone that does not procrastinate and has a mature demeanor.
##Prepares various documents, and reports, software programs such as Word, Excel, and internal systems. Documents include: Processing PO#s, structuring products, order status update reports, labeling requirements, and inventory sheets.
##Professional correspondence to customers, manufacturing plants, and sales team in the form of email and phone calls.
##Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
##Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
