The Operations Specialist is responsible for improving operation accuracy by daily reporting, goal analysis and reconciliation of customer and company system discrepancies.

The points below highlight the Office Supervisor duties:
Collects and maintains daily and weekly data on receiving/shipping objectives
Analyzes receiving/shipping data and reports to customer daily projection against goals
Daily reconciles receiving and shipping EDI feeds between the Company's warehouse management system (Synapse) and the customer's system (SAP)
Troubleshoots system discrepancies with internal and external Inventory Control
Interfaces with customer by e-mail, telephone and on-site visits

What projects will you work on in this role?
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with warehouse systems (Synapse and SAP preferred)
Experience with Microsoft including Excel
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
