The Supply Chain Management team is dedicated to overseeing the purchase of equipment, merchandise and supplies within the organization's guidelines for cost, quality and accurate delivery. Staff may receive, stock and transport a variety of items to and from off-site locations, handle messenger pickups and deliveries outside the facilities, maintain stockroom inventories, route incoming goods to proper departments and research or negotiate products according to quality, price and value standards.
Under the general direction of the Director of Supply Chain Management, or designee, is responsible for maintaining an optimal level of supply inventory. Physically replenishes department supplies, enters data into a computer inventory control system, and transports supplies and equipment within the hospital. Facilitates forms management for warehouse, inventory, and logistical plans into the MMIS System.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related work experience.
One (1) year of experience in materials and supply chain management. Two (2) years of experience with computer system database software.
Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of experience in hospital purchasing.
