POSITION SUMMARY: The Specialist, Loyalty Programs assists the Director, Loyalty & Customer Insight in overall management of loyalty programs with a focus on member support, program operations, program growth. The position assists in development of program and promotional strategies in partnership with analyst while managing tactical implementation through loyalty platforms. As the subject matter expert, specialist is primary contact internally and externally for any program related issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of Zipster Rewards
Serves as Subject Matter Expert (both internal and external) for all aspects of rewards program, inclusive of member support via phone and email
Collaborates with internal marketing team members by assisting with and providing strategy, direction and input towards the development of campaigns that support program growth and usage
Works directly with internal and external cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize program operations and user experience
Works collaboratively with analyst, finance and other program development counterparts to forecast, analyze and optimize program performance and generate new revenue opportunities
Identifies, secures and/or negotiates partnership opportunities to increase program reach, drive new sign ups, and offer new features/benefits to existing membership base
