The Specialist, Leaveof Absence is responsible for providing value to our customer. This isaccomplished by the daily oversight of all The Company's leave policy administration,exclusive of workers compensation leaves, including process coordination,support and communication to facilities/management within areas ofresponsibility, data collection, reporting, database management, filemaintenance and related duties, as well as providing administrative andclerical support.

This position will beresponsible for..

  • Processes andcoordinates administration all US based Leaves of Absence programs (FMLA,Medical, USERRA, and Personal) and ADA processes to ensure conformance andconsistency based upon applicable laws and policies, in partnership with thirdparty administrator

  • Interprets policyto address and resolve issues raised as well as providing advice andresolution.

  • Advises facilitymanagement of action steps to take when addressing LOA requests, abuse, etc.

  • Advises/guidesmanagement on LOA terminations.

  • Preparescorrespondence as needed, related to LOA needs and Federal Regulations andmaintains legal compliance for all forms.

  • Manages internalLOA records as needed and conducts management training.

  • Prepares ad hocmanagement reports.

  • Records andtracks LOA time off in timekeeping systems

  • Submitsappropriate documentation to Payroll, to reflect teammates' leave status andensure compliance with Payroll procedures

  • Performs allother duties as assigned or requested.

  • Bachelor's Degreein related field preferred and 5 years of relevant experience

  • In lieu ofdegree, high school diploma or GED and 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Experiencehandling FMLA, ADA, and/or other related leave administration.

  • Knowledge ofFederal and State Regulations, and ability to relate knowledge to Companypolicies.

  • Provenproficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with

Access a plus.

  • Experience intimekeeping and HRIS systems including Kronos, EeTime, and ADPEnterprise/Peoplesoft. Experience with Workday a plus.

  • Strong analyticalskills, detailed oriented and organizational skills.

  • Ability toquickly adapt to changing processes and technology, and contribute to qualitysolutions to promote efficiency and standardization

  • Maintainconfidentiality at all times.

  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.

  • Customer servicedriven.

  • Strong teamplayer.

  • Self-motivated,able to multi-task and complete various tasks related to a high volume oftime-sensitive responsibilities

VIEW JOBS 12/1/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-01T00:00 POSITION OPEN: Retail Merchandising Specialist JOB TYPE: Part-time POSITION DESCRIPTION: * Responsible for presenting a professional image of Premium Retail Services and our clients to retail personnel * Review assignments upon receipt to be prepared prior to service start date * Develop relationships with the store management and personnel * Complete all reporting on time, attend required conference calls and training programs * Check work assignments daily in QTRAX (Premium's software platform) * Complete work as assigned by Retail Market Manager * Ensure on time compliance on all programs * Place approved signage and POP, as needed * Identify additional opportunities to help demonstrate a strong return on investment for store and client * Lead resets and team projects * Ensure store area is left neat and clean before leaving * Resolve any issues for our clients and retailers * Correct out of stock issues * Work directly with retail store management and associates to schedule and ensure manager on duty is aware of activities being performed in their locations * Keep the Retail Market Manager aware of any issues or successes within their assigned area MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of one year merchandising and/or assisted sales or training in a retail environment preferred * Ability to read and utilize planograms independently * Must be able to lift 40 pounds * Review and have access to all required paperwork (electronic or printed) and must be willing to transport required materials (POP) to service locations * Have access to a smartphone or tablet for communication, to report and upload photos online from the store on same day of service * Must have Internet access for daily web-based reporting and email communications * Willing to complete resets on own or in a team atmosphere * Ability to complete audits, resets, product merchandising and training for all client products including but not limited to consumer electronics, toys, health and beauty, tobacco, alcohol, and office products in various formats such as mass merchants, medical facilities, convenience stores, grocery stores and other retailers * Demonstrate project completion in an accurate and timely manner * Adhere to a work schedule that may include weekdays, evenings and weekends * Must have reliable transportation to support multiple service locations throughout assigned area * Present a professional appearance that includes good grooming and clean, pressed clothing.
