Essential

Ritual's Specialist, Influencer Marketing will be accountable for scaling and implementing monthly Paid Influencer partnerships, primarily on Instagram. You will source net new influencers to test in our target verticals, allocate budget strategically towards our key products, and guide existing core partner relationships. In addition to booking and overseeing monthly spend, you will guide the larger team in drawing data driven insights to strengthen the performance of our overall program. To succeed in this role, you will thoughtfully build relationships with influencers and strategically negotiate rates to meet individual and channel wide targets. You will be comfortable juggling many high-priority tasks at once and organized in launching 30-50 partnerships a month from start to finish. You will be joining a dynamic marketing team where you will contribute your ideas and help develop and achieve Ritual's unique and highly engaging approach.

What You'll Do:

• Source and develop paid Influencer partnerships on Instagram (primarily) with secondary support on TikTok, with the goal of achieving target audiences and new customer acquisition.

• Review and share feedback on creator content with the goal of maximizing for brand messaging and conversion while meeting industry's regulatory standards.

• Build deep relationships with long-term creators and continually educate them on Ritual's ever growing product suite and unique value propositions

• Collaborate with Paid Ads team to source influencer content for paid media.

• Assist cross-channel influencer needs (ex: Amazon, retail, etc.).

• Self Driven. You're self-motivated, highly proactive and demonstrate an aptitude to work freely while anticipating the needs of the team.

• Results Oriented. You're highly aware and motivated by how the actions you take ladder up to greater goals.

• Communicator. You have excellent writing, presentation and communication experience and grasp the power of having the right people tell a story. You'll be able to engage influencers through a creative narrative that is interesting and compelling for them to share with genuine excitement.

• Organized. You have an uncanny propensity to successfully juggle multiple projects at once and maintain your time well

• Collaborative. You work well with others. Both within your own team, cross-functionally, and with external partners (talent agents/managers).

What You Need:

• Education: Undergraduate degree

• Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in acquisition-focused influencer marketing with performance benchmarks and KPIs.

• Technical: Must be experienced in Excel or Google Sheets. Past experience with platforms Aspire and Salesforce are nice to have.

Compensation and Benefits:

• PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $102,000
• Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on several factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. You will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. You will be also eligible for equity and great benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
