General Summary: Under general supervision, performs a variety of responsible technical, administrative and paraprofessional duties in support of the department operation or assigned project.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assists with office and administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports and other communication materials, responding to customers and the public
Archive and maintain data
Coordinates logistics for a variety of processes, activities and meetings
Conducts and responds to surveys and prepares related reports
Performs data queries within the departments various databases and produces reports
Participates in the preparation of material for newspapers, publications and/or websites
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of experience
