Job Description (Posting).

Assists in uploading and creating asset records in the asset database.

Provide asset range/allocation to VARs. Ensures healthy levels for each VAR. Update the tracker.

Assist in all asset lifecycle compliance efforts.

Partners with Engineering in the execution of audit and compliance policies and standards in managing LinkedIn hardware.

Ensures data integrity of purchases, asset status, locations, etc. in the asset database.

Assists in all audit efforts.

Partners and support team leads and stakeholders in creating and designing new processes to track LinkedIn assets.

(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
