JOB DESCRIPTION:-Skills Required.- Knowledge of Basic server monitoring- Good knowledge on ITIL- Knowledge of additional database technologies will be a added advantage.- Be a business partner to customer to understand the business process and needs and Provide service as needed- Candidate must be flexible in terms of Shifts - Good in CommunicationGood in Client interaction.Soft SkillsThis individual should possess strong English communication skills and be able to work with other individuals regardless of their area of technical expertise. A strong drive to succeed and the ability to work both independently and as part of a group are also very important. Finally, mentoring of other individuals both within the group and potentially in a larger IT context will be part of this role. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
