Job Description (Posting).
Monitor all essential systems and applications consistently
Basic understanding of modern operating systems, networking, and MS software
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to clearly and concisely express issues and concerns
Monitor Backups (Rerun, reschedule, and restore as requested)
Strong attention to detail is required to ensure all aspects of the operation are maintained
Monitor computer and network infrastructure, data center environment and physical systems
Hardware installation (Servers, racking, UPS, etc )
Interact with all levels of management and support staff
Perform preventative maintenance and break fix on all IT equipment
Knowledge of WMS (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
