Job Description (Posting).
1.Daily , Weekly and monthly creating and sharing reports /dashboards with stakeholders
2.On-Boarding and Off-boarding compliance tracking of resources to meet customer Logical Compliance requirements and maintaining trackers
3.Coordination with Multiple Internal Teams across each domains to meet the desired results for the Project
4.Good Proficiency in Excel , word & PowerPoint
5.Good Communication Skills
6.Tracking each activity assigned till closure to meet Customer Compliance requirements
7.Tracking critical tasks to meet Internal & external audit requirements
8.Flexibility to work across any shift pattern to meet customer requirements
9.Tracking the procurement life cycle for new PR s for timely release of PO
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
