Contribute to the overall reduction of card not present fraud by reviewing and analyzing real-time orders to determine their risk. Ability to identify current and upcoming fraud trends through order analysis and investigative research as well as reviewing customer accounts to identify potential breaches and account takeovers. Resolve fraud related queries and escalations while supporting both an omni-channel business as well as creating a positive customer experience.
