Specialist Document Production - Part Time - MGM Northfield Park

THE JOB:

As a Document Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and tracking design, construction and engineering documents.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage and track Design, Construction and Engineering documents

• Scan, organize and maintain documents, adhering to Company's document lifecycle procedures

• Archive documents in accordance with Company's retention schedule

• Manage the retrieval of documents

• Receive and process Request for Information or RFI's, from internal/external teams

• Assist with file migrations and audits

• Maintain and manage document management systems, including troubleshooting, upgrade testing, training team members and coordination with IT

• Manage, store, transmit and monitor flow of documents involving consultants, Architect Engineers and MRDD project teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

• Has experience with Microsoft Office

• Ability to read and write proficiently to evaluate reports, correspondence, and blueprint information

• Proficiency navigating various databases and utilizing computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine

• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
