We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team!

Are you passionate about digital marketing? As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to execute paid media, SEO, and other digital initiatives in support of our digital strategy.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent organization and time management skills, a desire to continuously learn, and an ability to work productively both in a team environment and independently.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

• Are you a self-starter? We'll look to you to take initiative to support and manage projects and work independently to meet team goals. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple disciplines and sharpen your skills as a digital marketer.

• Do you have strong organizational and time-management skills? You'll be required to manage timelines for various departmental projects and the execution of new campaigns and will be responsible for meeting targets according to strict deadlines.

• Do you have excellent attention to detail? You'll monitor and track SEO/SEM campaigns and will measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns against stated KPIs. You will also be expected to support ecommerce promotion setup and aftermarket selling.

• Are you analytical? The right candidate has a data-driven mindset and is capable of creating basic report analyses. Further, you'll have the opportunity to identify insights and recommend campaign optimizations based on campaign performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of marketing experience required. Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing a plus.

• Demonstrable experience executing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Experience with GA4 reporting and Google AdWords implementation.

• Experience with email programs a plus

• Track record of learning the marketing field and its best practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time at conferences/meetings, photoshoots, trade shows, company meetings, etc.

Hiring Pay Range: $54,200 to $61,600
