Assist with the development and management of the interactive marketing strategy to enhance Customer relationships and drive a world-class online presence and brand image to provide an environment of greater recognition and increased sales. Work cross-functionally to plan and execute campaigns and strategies.
Develop and utilize CRM data to drive decision making and manage the development and coordination of integrating marketing and Customer service efforts.
Manage e-mail marketing, website updates and mobile applications while ensuring the organizational voice, content strategy and conversion metrics are optimized and consistently managed. Manage the overall online presence and brand visibility through continuous online strategy planning, content marketing, website management, email marketing programs and social marketing.
Five to seven years' experience as an artist in computer graphics, video production and web design within a corporation, an agency or design firm; equivalent years' experience and proven expertise in social campaign strategy and/or digital marketing
Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong oral/written communication skills, excellent online and personal communication expertise, as well as time management and conflict resolution skills.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in computer graphic design, extensive knowledge of video production, web design (including responsive, mobile, social), photography and creative conceptualizing.
Superior skills in illustration, brainstorming and creative concepting.
Must be proficient between Macintosh and PC platforms.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign. Extensive knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and other multimedia and web design software such as DreamWeaver, Fireworks, Acrobat and Flash; must have basic knowledge of web programming and cross-platform software including Microsoft Office.
Must understand online strategies and tactics and be fluent and active in social media.
Exceptional design abilities - taking a desired user experience and translating it into amazing front end design that accounts for every user interaction.
Experience producing interactive presentations from storyboarding concepts to producing the final product.
Must be able to design within the established brand.
Must be a collaborative team player and be able to produce results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and operating under deadlines.
